The code of conduct committee, consisting of one (1) member of the leadership board and two (2) non-leadership board members, all in good standing, shall have jurisdiction over the enforcement of the Code of Conduct, to include investigating violations and issuing punishments within the Hellraisers organization.
When a member has been determined to be in violation of the Code of Conduct, the code of conduct committee shall be responsible for issuing a prompt and reasonable punishment.
Punishment may include, but is not limited to, suspension from games or other club events or revocation of membership, depending on the degree of the violation and the history of the member within the club.
The above code of conduct may be downloaded in portable document format (pdf) here for your convenience. Before you may practice or play with the team, you must agree to abide by this code of conduct by signing the following code of conduct agreement.
In addition to the PHOENIX HELLRAISERS code of conduct, players should also familiar with the national league's rules, which can be downloaded or viewed as in portable document format (pdf). Be aware the official rules are lengthy (31 pages), and cover such details as equipment, plays, penalties, and an additional code of conduct. Being that the PHOENIX HELLRAISERS organization is a part of the NGFFL, you will be governed by these rules in addition to any imposed by our organization, most of which are for clarification purposes, safety, and exist to promote the league values of self-respect, awareness, and inclusiveness. If you have any questions about the rules or regulations, please direct emails to one of the coaches via our contact form.
The current members of the code of conduct committee, elected September 2007 are:
| Association | Member |
| Leadership Board Member | Shawn Rea |
| Non-Leadership Board Member | Brad Heinicke |
| Non-Leadership Board Member | Reggie Lewis |
