League Rules

In addition to the PHOENIX HELLRAISERS code of conduct, players should also familiar with the national league's rules, which can be downloaded or viewed as in portable document format (pdf).  Be aware the official rules are lengthy (31 pages), and cover such details as equipment, plays, penalties, and an additional code of conduct.  Being that the PHOENIX HELLRAISERS organization is a part of the NGFFL, you will be governed by these rules in addition to any imposed by our organization, most of which are for clarification purposes, safety, and exist to promote the league values of self-respect, awareness, and inclusiveness.  If you have any questions about the rules or regulations, please direct emails to one of the coaches via our contact form.
