League Registration

Interested in participating in the inaugural season of the HELLRAISERS flag football league? Then, please fill out the registration form below!

The registration deadline is Saturday, January 12^th, 2008, with an associated players fee of $20 per person. Late registration starts Sunday, January 13^th, 2008 and continues until registration ends on Friday, February 15^th, 2008, with an associated players fee of $25 per person. If the league has already started and you still want to join the league, that will not be a problem as long as you register on or before February 15^th. Don't fret; we will still find you a team to play on. The registration/player fee may be paid online using PayPal or via check/cash during the player evaluations. Please make checks payable to the Phoenix Hellraisers.

Along with registration, you will need to fill out the injury release and code of conduct agreement. Please bring these completed forms and the associated players fee to the evaluations, as you will not be able to play if we do not have the appropriate releases forms signed.
