League Awards and Wrap Up Party

First off, we want to thank everyone for participating in the inaugural season of the PHOENIX HELLRAISERS flag football league.  It was a fun season, and we look forward to everyone's participation in our competitive/tournament season starting this summer.  We plan on attending national tournaments in Chicago on June 29^th, 2008 and the annual Gaybowl over Columbus day weekend, this year in Salt Lake City on October 10^th-12^th, 2008.  More information can be found in the gaybowl section of our website.

To cap off this season, the entire league will be participating in a bar crawl on Saturday, March 22^nd, 2008 from 2:00 - 8:00 pm, hitting all the sponsor bars and ending at the bar of the team that won the championship.  During the bar crawl, there will be an award ceremonies, presenting awards to the championship team as well as those awards voted on by the league and the HELLRAISER leadership.  It is sure to be a lot of fun so mark you calendars as you are not going to want to miss this!

As part of the bar crawl, the league will be renting a bus to transport everyone safely from bar to bar.  If you plan to attend the event, you agree not to drive during the bar crawl and will board the bus with the rest of the league.  Let’s all have fun and most importantly, be safe.  The cost of the event is $20, paying for transportation and other associated costs, which is due on or before Sunday, March 16^th, 2008.

In order to get an accurate count of how many people will be attending the award ceremony, please RSVP below on or before midnight Sunday, March 16^th, 2008.
